[libvirt] [PATCH 03/14] s/xmlURIPtr/virURIPtr/ in virURIFormat impl

The parameter in the virURIFormat impl mistakenly used the
xmlURIPtr type, instead of virURIPtr. Since they will soon
cease to be identical, this needs fixing
