[libvirt] [libvirt-glib][PATCH] autobuild: Init AUTOBUILD_INSTALL_ROOT variable

Otherwise autobuild sets prefix to / resulting in
Permission denied when building as non-root as
'make install' tries to write to /lib. We need to
set this var to accessible path like $HOME/builder.
