[libvirt] [PATCH] qemu: Fix failure path in disk hotplug

Disk hotplug is a two phase action: qemuMonitorAddDrive followed by
qemuMonitorAddDevice. When the first part succeeds but the second one
fails, we need to rollback the drive addition.
