[libvirt] [PATCH] docs: rudimentary phyp documentation

Based on a report that phyp is undocumented:

* docs/drvphyp.html.in (phyp): New file.
* docs/drivers.html.in: List it.

Following up on an old thread.  This is probably incomplete or
possibly even inaccurate, but I'd rather have something than nothing.
If I don't get any feedback within a week, I'm pushing this as-is.
