If you want to be *really* consistent, you should rename these to
VIR_QEMU_PCI_ADDRESS_SLOT_LAST and VIR_QEMU_PCI_ADDRESS_FUNCTION_LAST :-)
(i.e. start with "VIR_" and put "LAST" at the end)
