Let me explain this.

If USB controller is not sepcified, libvirt adds one implicit controller 
and model = -1.
This patch is to change command line to '-usb' for this situation for PPC64.
And QEMU will create one USB controller for it on PPC64.

For XML file, multiple USB controllers still can be added as long as the 
model is specified.

PIIX3_USB_UHCI also can be added on PPC64 because QEMU has such a 
capability.
