[libvirt] [PATCH v2 3/3] libxl: correctly handle affinity reset in virDomainPinVcpu[Flags]

By actually removing the <vcpupin> element (from within the
<cputune> section) from the XML, rather than jus update it with
a fully set vcpu affinity mask.
