This is the last set of patches for the QEMU driver locking refactor. The interesting one here is the last patch which actually deletes the QEMU driver lock usage from almost everywhere, except a few helper APIs in qemu_conf.c And there was much rejoicing (and hopefully no race conditions and crashes) across the world ;-P
