[libvirt] [libvirt-php PATCH 0/1] use LDFLAGS for libvirt-php.so

I'm getting this warning:
 * QA Notice: Files built without respecting LDFLAGS have been detected
 *  Please include the following list of files in your report:
 * /usr/lib64/php5.3/lib/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/libvirt-php.so

The attached patch seems reasonable to me, please check it.
