[libvirt] [PATCHv2 0/3] avoid deadlock in child setting supplemental groups

changes since then: new patch 1, patch 2 (old patch 1/2)  is greatly
simplified by gnulib, and patch 3 (old patch 2/2) is rebased to
pick up an additional call added in lxc.
