[libvirt] Disabling bootmenu causes boot to skip over cdrom

Can you share the domain XMLs used in both cases with us? After starting
the domain from each of the two XMLs, check
/var/log/libvirt/qemu/$NAME.log for qemu command line that libvirt
created and share them with us too.
