[libvirt] Fedora 20: libvirt-guest.service is not working

Entirely possible.  And would be nice to fix.

Alas, I don't have good suggestions on how to fix the problem myself,
but hopefully by adding upstream libvirt we can get more eyes looking at
the problem.
