[libvirt] link fow downloading libvirt-0.10.2-19.el6

Hi All,

I could finally fix this issue with the patch mentioned in comment 17 in
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=911609#c28 applied on
libvirt-1.0.3 version and all my tests are fine. Thanks a lot for your
support.
