[libvirt] pvspinlock not accepted by libvirt

That would explain it.  A quick git search shows pvspinlock wasn't added
until v1.2.0, via commit e0dc8511.  Since it is a feature and not a bug
fix, there is no justification for backporting it into the stable
1.1.3.x tree.
