[libvirt] [PATCH 03/11] qemu: add helper to get the block stats



Add an helper function to get the block stats
of a disk.
This helper is meant to be used by the bulk stats API;
future patches may want to refactor qemuDomainGetBlock*
to make use of this function as well.
