This is the version I had installed:
numactl-devel-2.0.3-9.el6.x86_64
I've updated to 2.0.7-8 (latest CentOS 6.5 version) and the build error
is gone. The original problem (the broken securityselinuxlabeltest) also
is corrected on v1.2.6-rc2.
