[libvirt] [PATCH 01/13] configure.ac: Define new macro 'WITH_TRACE_PROBES' to indicate trace function are available

Define new 'WITH_TRACE_PROBES' macros which indicate the trace 
function are available and this macro will be used in Makefile.am and 
source codes.
