[libvirt] [PATCH v2 2/3] virsh: Prohibit virConnectOpen* functions in virsh

Addition of vshConnect() makes virConnectOpen() functions obsolete in
virsh.  Thus all virsh-*.[ch] files should be left only with
vshConnect() in the case of need.
