[libvirt] [PATCH 4/6] qemu: Resolve Coverity CHECKED_RETURN issue

By adding a call and check of return of virBitmapToData to the
IOThreads code, my Coverity checker lets me know qemuDomainHelperGetVcpus
also needs to check the status...
