[libvirt] [PATCH V2] libxl: don't overwrite error from virNetSocketNewConnectTCP()

Remove redundant error reporting in libxlDomainMigrationPerform().
virNetSocketNewConnectTCP() is perfectly capable of reporting
sensible errors.
