looks like nodeinfopriv. turns into virhostcpupriv.h

Due to many recent changes - this one didn't git am -3 for me
(naturally), but it looks like things were moved properly and I have to
assume it compiles and passes check, syntax-check...  Especially since
the .po file was adjusted (the one I usually forget).
