Ironically... this could take "path", "allocation", and "capacity" as
parameters instead of "vol"....

Your call on adjusting this one as well...  If you do, you should adjust
the odd vertical alignment for the virCommandAddArgFormat for
VIR_DIV_UP(capacity,...)
