There's a v2 for the first two patches:

So you can drop the first two patches if you apply the rest on the top
of them. Or disregard them completely (if you don't need to test
hugepages enabled guest).

It would be nice if we could get these in ASAP, as this development
cycle is longer than others which gives us more time to test the patches.
