A link to a git repository with all the patches applied would be nice.
Especially once you eventually make some changes according to the
review.

BTW, even though I may not ack all the patches I don't want to see a v2
of this series. Please, just sent a diff to be squashed into each patch
which will need to be changed as a reply to that patch.
