[libvirt] Availability of libvirt-2.0.0-rc2

Hi Daniel,
qemu scsi disk hotplug is broken.
A series with patches for a fix had been sent to the mailing list.
https://www.redhat.com/archives/libvir-list/2016-June/msg02053.html

I suggest to review and include them into 2.0.0.
