What are you expecting as a response to this mail ?

If you want to add php7 support to libvirt-php, then the normal practice
is to use git send-email to submit patches to this mailing list for
reviewer by the maintainer(s).  We're not just going to pull a big
list of patches from an external repo without going through the review
process.
