[libvirt] Publishing libvirt 'patches' JSON database?

It would probably be useful. I'll see if I can setup a cron job on
the libvirt.org server to publish it and we can give it a try.

If it works out, we might want to get a bit more formal in giving
Reviewed-by lines, etc, rather than the generic ACK
