[libvirt] [PATCH 0/2] qemu_cgroup: allow access to /dev/dri/render*

Technically a v2, but v1 is already pushed.

This version is based on the <gl enable> in <spice> instead
of accel3d="yes" in <video><model type="virtio".

It also only allows access to the render* devices, instead of all of them.
