[libvirt] Plan for the next release

  I will be travelling end of this week and most of next week, but
I think we can still try to get a release for June 1st, I suggest:

   - enter freeze this Thrusday 26
   - Push an rc2 over the week-end
   - try to push the 1.3.5 release on Wed June 1st

 I hope this works for everybody !
