[libvirt] [PATCH 0/2] Fix build with glibc-2.26 and clean up

Not pushed as build fix as glibc-2.26 is not that spread and the second
patch is not a build fix.  Review should be trivial, so hopefully almost
no review bandwidth goes to waste ;)
