Changed in v2:

 - Dropped VPATH patch, since distcheck is doing that already
 - Skip pdwtags when building with clang
 - Run install & dist on OS-X
 - Test systemd as well as upstart
 - Pass initscript configure flags to distcheck, not autogen.sh
