[libvirt] ANNOUNCE: libvirt-dbus 1.2.0 released

I'm happy to announce the release of libvirt-dbus 1.2.0.
  
libvirt-dbus wraps libvirt API to provide high-level object-oriented
API better suited for dbus-based applications.

    - Properly deregister NodeDevice event callback

  * Improvements

    - Allow system access to users in the libvirt group

    - Switch to xz compression for release archives
