[libvirt] [PATCH libvirt 3/4] events: remove qemuDomainEventQueue wrapper func

And replace all calls with virObjectEventStateQueue such that:

    qemuDomainEventQueue(driver, event);

becomes:

    virObjectEventStateQueue(driver->domainEventState, event);

And remove NULL checking from all callers.
