Thanks very much. As to the slightly weird U64(struct counter64) in comments...
I copy-pasted that from what mib2c generated with the patched .m2d. I was later
convinced it wasn't doing the right thing at all because there were still a
couple of instances of U64 in actual code it generated. I guess that tool still
needs a patch to fix the U64 fallout too. Thanks again for fixing those up.
