Since you're touching this anyway, you can take the opportunity to
rewrite it as

  VIR_ENUM_IMPL(virDomainHyperv, VIR_DOMAIN_HYPERV_LAST,
    ...
    "tlbflush",
    "ipi",
  );

so that the next patch and any subsequent ones will look nicer.
