Coin flip... But the description should be "Added capability to alter FS
mount options and some RBD configuration options via usage of Storage
Pool XML namespace syntax.

If someone is keen enough to learn more, then they can read the
formatstorage docs.

FWIW: starting with the "next" release I'm sure we'll be more vigilant
about asking for news.xml updates as they occur... yeah, right ;-)
