I wonder if we should include "pci" in the names again to
make it clear these are not valid for mmio/ccw ?

Then again, when users request "virtio" we currently magically
turn that into virtio-XX-pci or virtio-XX-ccw as needed, so
from that POV adding 'pci' is redundant.
