[libvirt] [PATCH 0/6] virDomainFlagsUndefine cleanups

Patches 1-5 fix a pre-existing problem in several drivers, then
provides a way to ensure we don't encounter it again.  Patch 6 is an
example of what I plan to do to all the drivers that have
virDomainUndefineFlags but not snapshot support.
