[libvirt] [PATCH v1 04/11] virStoragePoolUpdateInactive: Don't call virStoragePoolObjEndAPI

There is no need for this function to call
virStoragePoolObjEndAPI(). The object is perfectly usable after
return from this function. In fact, all callers will call
virStoragePoolObjEndAPI() eventually.
