Nice job! Even SUSE folks are known to get confused by the numbering :-).

openSUSE 42.3 ~= SLES12 SP3
SLES12 SP4 and SP5 have no openSUSE equivalent
openSUSE 15 ~= SLES15
openSUSE 15.1 ~= SLES15 SP1
openSUSE 15.2 ~= SLES15 SP2
...
openSUSE 16 ~= SLES16 (assumed, since they don't exist)
