[libvirt PATCHv4 11/15] qemu: add code for handling virtiofsd

Start virtiofsd for each <filesystem> device using it.

Pre-create the socket for communication with QEMU and pass it
to virtiofsd.

Note that virtiofsd needs to run as root.
