[libvirt] Release Candidate 2 of libvirt-6.0.0

  It is out, tagged in git and I pushed the signed tarball and
source rpm to the usual place:

   https://libvirt.org/sources/

 Seems to work in my limited testing but please give it more test,
if everything looks good I will release on Wednesday,

  in the meantime, give it a go !
