[PATCH 0/4] Don't leak /dev/mapper/control to QEMU

Anyway, I'm resending here for future reference. Patches are merged so
no need to review.

We are still using libdevmapper after these in
src/storage/storage_backend_mpath.c and thus I'm not removing configure
check. But in time for the next release I will look into it.
