Both 'VIR_DOMAIN_EVENT_ID_BLOCK_THRESHOLD' and '<mirror>' can be
enclosed in double backticks to provide nicer HTML rendering.
Also s/libvirt-/libvirt /g and /qemu-/QEMU /g.
With at least the latter addressed,
