Availability of libvirt-6.5.0 Release Candidate 2

   It is tagged in git, I have pushed the signed source tarball and rpm
to the usual place:

  https://libvirt.org/sources/

No issues on my side, if everything continue to look good then we can
push the release on Thursday,

  in the meantime please have some testing,
