[PATCH] migration.html: Fix the spelling of the --persistent parameter

"--persist" is missing the "ent" at the end.

 Sorry, I just noticed this after my previous "--undefinesource"
 patch had been merged - otherwise I had sent both fixes in one
 patch together...
