[PATCH v2 0/7] more Hyper-V APIs

This set of patches adds several new APIs and fixes several others.

Changes since v1:
* 'enabledValue' and 'disabledValue' are now static strings in
  hypervDomainSetAutostart()
* a long virReportError() call has been split into two lines
