[PATCH 3/6] ch_conf: Dissolve chExtractVersionInfo() in chExtractVersion()

After previous patches, there's not much value in
chExtractVersion(). Rename chExtractVersionInfo() to
chExtractVersion() and have it use virCHDriver directly.
