[PATCH v2 1/4] MAINTAINERS: Add MIPS general architecture support entry

[Philippe Mathieu-Daudé]

The architecture is covered in TCG (frontend and backend)
and hardware models. Add a generic section matching the
'mips' word in patch subjects.
