[PATCH] libvirt-domain.c: Fix typo in virDomainAttachDevice doc

In the documentation to virDomainAttachDevice() we refer to a
non-existent virDomainUpdateDeviceFlag() function. The correct
name is virDomainUpdateDeviceFlags().
